Equine Structural Integration Rebalancing Series
The Series is a transformative bodywork journey designed to realign your horse’s body, release deep-seated tension, and restore natural movement patterns. This comprehensive approach targets the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, organs, nerves and joints—allowing for a gradual, holistic realignment of the entire structure.
Each session builds on the last, working progressively to unravel restrictions and support the body’s innate ability to rebalance. By the end of the series, your horse will experience a newfound sense of balance, freedom of movement, and overall well-being.
Purpose of Session One
Assessment and Connection:
The journey starts with understanding your horse. In this session, we observe your horse’s posture, movement, and demeanor to identify areas of tension, imbalance, or restricted motion. By building a sense of trust and connection with your horse, they experience a cooperative, fear-free environment that allows for a more effective and enjoyable experience.
Releasing Surface Restrictions
Encouraging Relaxation and Awareness
Typically 5 sessions over the course of 6-12 weeks
